Tobermory is the brightly painted capital of Mull — a harbour of multi-coloured houses that is one of the most photographed small towns in Scotland. The island offers outstanding walking from gentle coastal paths to the summit of Ben More, the only Munro on an island outside Skye.

A delightful, well-served island town with good accommodation and the famous Mull distillery, Tobermory is the natural base for Isle of Mull walking. The ferry from Oban takes 45 minutes.
