Monyash is a small, historic White Peak village built around an ancient village green, sitting at the head of Lathkill Dale — one of the most beautiful and least disturbed limestone dales in the Peak District, designated a National Nature Reserve for its rare flora and crystal-clear river.

A quiet, characterful village with direct access to the head of Lathkill Dale, Monyash makes an excellent base for exploring the finest nature reserve dale in the White Peak, away from the busier honeypots of Bakewell and Castleton.
