🚗MevagisseyStart Point

Mevagissey is one of Cornwall’s most authentic working fishing harbours — a tight cluster of cottages around a double harbour, still home to a working fleet, with the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan just two miles inland. The South West Coast Path offers excellent walking in both directions along the south Cornwall coast.

A genuinely characterful working fishing village with excellent fresh fish and chips, Mevagissey makes an enjoyable south Cornwall coastal walking base, with the Lost Gardens of Heligan adding a unique inland attraction.
