St Ives is Cornwall’s most celebrated artistic town and also one of its finest walking bases, with the South West Coast Path passing directly through and the wild Penwith moors rising immediately behind. The coastal walking west towards Zennor is among the finest in Cornwall.

Beautifully situated on a peninsula between two sandy bays, St Ives has excellent accommodation and restaurants. The branch line from St Erth is one of the most scenic short rail journeys in England.
