🚗BurnsallStart Point

Burnsall is one of the prettiest villages in lower Wharfedale, set around a fine medieval bridge over the River Wharfe, with Burnsall Fell rising directly above to give classic Dales views. Trollers Gill, a dramatic limestone gorge with caves and legends of a phantom hound, is just a short walk away.

A picture-postcard village with a famous summer fell race, good pubs and an idyllic riverside setting, Burnsall makes a relaxed and very beautiful base for lower Wharfedale walking.
