🚗LlandudnoStart Point

Llandudno is the grandest Victorian seaside resort in Wales — a sweeping double bay of cream-painted hotels between the dramatic limestone headlands of the Great and Little Ormes. The Great Orme is a country park of outstanding interest, with rare plants, ancient copper mines and wide views across the Irish Sea.

A handsome, well-served resort with excellent hotels and a pier, Llandudno makes a comfortable North Wales coastal walking base. The Great Orme tramway provides easy high-level access for less mobile visitors.
