🚗Betws-y-CoedStart Point

Betws-y-Coed is the main walking and outdoor centre for Snowdonia, a busy Victorian resort village at the confluence of three rivers in a wooded gorge. The Conwy, Llugwy and Lledr valleys all offer beautiful riverside and forest walking, while Moel Siabod rises to over 870 metres just south of the village.

A busy but very well-equipped walking village with numerous outdoor shops, cafés, B&Bs and hostels, Betws-y-Coed is the natural base for the eastern side of Snowdonia and the Conwy Valley. The A5 and the Conwy Valley railway line make it highly accessible.
