🚗DungivenStart Point

Dungiven is a small town in the Roe Valley at the eastern foot of the Sperrins, with Benbradagh — one of the finest viewpoints in Northern Ireland at 465 metres — rising directly above the town. The Roe Valley Country Park threads south from Limavady, and the Ulster Way crosses the Sperrins just to the west.

A quiet Roe Valley town with the Sperrins rising immediately behind, Dungiven is one of the best and least-known bases for serious Sperrin mountain walking — Benbradagh and the Dart Mountain area are outstanding.
