Walking in Suffolk
Discover walking in Suffolk — from the Heritage Coast and heathland of the east to river valleys, market towns and Breckland edge in the west.
Suffolk is a gentle county of big skies, quiet river valleys and a long, low coastline. Walkers can follow the Suffolk coast between Aldeburgh and Southwold, explore heathland and marshes close to the sea, wander the Stour valley around Long Melford, or head to the Breckland edge near Mildenhall and the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds.
Walking routes for the county are still being added. In the meantime, use the area guides to find walks near each starting point.
