A long and lovely walk from The Lodge in East Ruston – a quiet and easy track (ex railway line) through deep countryside. Then across an old canal lock and along the meandering old canal side. Can be a bit boggy in places but well worth it for the wildlife and countryside. Back across some easy fields, return to the Weavers Way then back to The Lodge … past a couple of local food stalls outside the cottages. A really good walk for reactive dogs as it is generally very quiet.
