18½ mile linear walk from Ilkley to Harrogate with THREE Betty’s Tea Rooms en route to sustain the energy levels. Start from Ilkley railway station, stopping at Betty’s in Ilkley for breakfast. Head out of Ilkley and across Blubberhouses Moor. Then pass between Fewston & Swinsty Reservoirs, before heading east past John O’Gaunt’s Castle and Beaver Dyke Reservoirs to reach Betty’s at Harlow Carr via the Harrogate Ringway. From here head for Valley Gardens and the final Betty’s of the day, in Harrogate. Finish at Harrogate railway station.
