Peacock To Haddon Hall And Return

This is the very pretty off road route, entirely on the Haddon Estate, from the Peacock to Haddon Hall and return – which takes you to the top of Coombs Valley, past Bowling Green farm then down to the river Wye and on to Haddon Hall. Peacock guests get a 50% discount on admission tickets to the hall and there is an excellent restaurant for lunch. Then back out the gates, turn right and dip back down onto the footpath which takes you down the river, past Elliottholme Lodge then up Coombs Valley and back to the Peacock.
