Start at Tibbs Hollow Walkers’ Car Park – free with space for half a dozen cars. Near DT2 9NQ – Grid Ref: SY619944 – https://gridreferencefinder.com/Pleasant walk with tarmac lanes and off road. Recommend walking boots when wet and long trousers to protect from nettles even in the dry summer. At the start of the walk, go through Longlands Farm, keeping the farm buildings to your right. Look ahead for a gated driveway with hedges either side (it splits the fields) – you are looking to walk down the middle of this – the bridleway disc is on the post but may be overgrown. The hills are such a gentle climb you don’t notice them. The steepest bit is straight from the car park.Drop me a comment and let me know what you think!
