Dimmingsdale Oakamoor Alton Loop

Instead of turning east off Stoneydale to go towards the YHA you can just continue down Stoneydale to Oakamoor. If you do follow the drive/track towards the YHA the footpath that then heads north down the hill can be slightly difficult to find but once you’re on the right path its fairly obvious.
