Circular Walking Trails

A circular walking trail is a route that finishes back where you started.

The main benefit of a circular walk is that you start your journey from “A” and arrive back at “A” without having to retrace your steps.

There is a unique sense of achievement gained from arriving back at a familiar location as it allows transportation option to be simplified.

Ben Nevis Fort William

10 mile trail from Ben Nevis Visitor centre and following the trail to peak of Ben Nevis and back again.

A 10 mile mountain climb up Ben Nevis the highest Mountain in the UK. If the weather is clear you will be present with lovely views of the gorgeous Scottish Highlands. This walk is not for an inexperience hikers, when the climbing Ben Nevis the weather can suddenly change. Be sure to read all the signs at the visitor centre for precautions and equipment needed for the ascent.

Geocaches are available on this walk, there are two geocaches at the summit.
